Sotenjuku 15th Anniversary

Sotenjuku aikido club celebrated its fifteenth anniversary in 2019. Guest of honour was Gordon Jones shihan, 7th dan, who is also Neil's teacher.
We had a lively practice all afternoon, culminating in an embukai (where all our members perform some techniques by way of a demonstration)... and then we cleaned up, and headed to the pub for some drinks and a celebration meal. Thank you to all our members past and present who have made the club what it is today!
We didn't actually have a reporter on the scene but Roy took some photos, which give a good impression of the atmosphere of our practice. Of course not everyone could make it, but more members came to the meal to help us celebrate. Ganbatte Sotenjuku!
